On home turf, the Whites notched up six points after they recorded a 90 shots to 80 win over their County Down visitors.

Next up for the Castleview Road men is a trip to North Down to take on Bangor (Saturday, May 10 at 2 pm).

In Division 2 Carrick claimed 3.5 points after their 90 shots to 55 win away to Dungannon. Rink 1: S. McCombe 10 v R. Anderson 24; Rink 2: W. Cardwell 16 v R. Weatherup 16; Rink 3: CA Scott 12 v D. Hill 25; Rink 4: D. Robinson 17 v A. Murphy 25.
