Do you remember when... Electronics factory was set to open in Monkstown
The arrival of Circaprint Holdings, an English based company, was to lead to the creation of 70 new jobs.
The factory was to be located on an 80,000 sq ft STC site at Doagh Road with the manufacture of printed circuit boards expected to start the following year.

IDB chief executive Tony Hopkins said: “This is further evidence that Northern Ireland can provide an excellent main or subsidiary location for some 18,000 companies which could move from the crowded south east of England.”
Circaprint executive chairman, Bernard Stroud, indicated that the company was encouraged to locate in Northern Ireland because of the quality and availability of workers. Circaprint had factories located in Kent, Devon, Hampshire and Goa, India.
