Tough cup draw for teenagers

Limavady Grammar School’s cricketers will have a challenging opening defence of their Ulster Banks Schools Cup when they travel to Bangor Grammar School.

The other North-West schools have all received home draws but against varying quality of opposition.

Foyle College look to have the best of it against the second eleven of Grosvenor Grammar School while Coleraine AI will do well to overcome Belfast “Inst” Strabane Academy have received a bye into the second roun when they will entertain Ballyclare High School.

Meanwhile the Derry Mid-Week Cricket League donated over £5,000 up until December of last year.
