Coleraine Grammar School Senior Hockey Tour to Glasgow

A squad of 20 Senior Hockey Players are going to participate in the ‘Topflight Schools’ Nations Tournament in Glasgow from the 24th -27th October.

The team, accompanied by 1st XI Coach Mr P Semple and Manager, Miss J McCracken will play a total of six matches against teams from across the UK and Ireland.

The squad are particularly proud to be the first sports team from the new school to be going on a major tour. Headmaster Dr D Carruthers said: “Both founding schools had a long tradition of sports tours. We are delighted that these opportunities are now continuing in Coleraine Grammar School.

“I am sure that the girls will enjoy the experience and prove excellent ambassadors for the school and community.”
