Boal lands Tommy Nelson Memorial pool title for first time
The Diamond Dazzlers player beat Ritchie Irwin in the final of the Coach Bar-sponsored competition to win the event for the first time.

Fairhill Dreamers 0, Connolly’s B 6: Pat McAnally got Connolly’s off to a good start when he defeated Ricky Allen in straight frames. Brett McLaughlin doubled the match score when he beat Sean Brannigan by a 2-1 scoreline.

Michelin Inbetweeners 5, Ballee Rollers 1: Rollers got off to a great start when Dean Greer defeated Chris Penney in straight frames.
Inbetweeners replied when Gary Ormandy defeated Shane Hillis by a 2-1 scoreline and game three went the same way when Ryan Logan beat Colin McCaughern by a 2-1 scoreline.
The last three games were all won in straight frames by the Inbetweeners via Phil Houston, Finton Long and Lee Wright. POM - Ryan Logan.

Hide AdBallee Black Ballers 1, Michelin Masters 5: The away team struck first when Drew Sloan defeated Jason Weir in straight frames. The home team levelled the match after Lewis Boyd beat Brian Hanna also in straight frames.
After this Michelin upped their game and won the last four games without losing a frame, their winners being Alan Armstrong, David Armstrong, Rick McMaster and Alan Rainey. POM - Lewis Boyd.
Connolly’s A 0, Fairhill Hustlers 6: George McCullough got the Fairhill off to a winning start when he defeated Pat McAnally in straight frames. Robert Graham increased the lead when he beat Sean Donnelly also in straight frames. In game three it was the same story when Justin Kilpatrick defeated Kevin Scullion 2-0
Game four didn’t change that much for Connolly’s and Ritchie Irwin defeated Joey McNally by a 2-0 scoreline.

Hide AdIn game five Connolly’s at last got a frame on the board but it was to no avail for Paul Hayes defeated Johnny Walker by a 2-1 scoreline and in the final game the Fairhill wrapped it all up when Richard Campbell beat Paul Havelin by a 2-0 scoreline. POM - Richard Campbell.
BUSC 2, Coach Bar 4: Dennis Keenan put BUSC into the lead when he defeated Raymond Lynn in straight frames.
Coach levelled the match after KD Crabbe beat Eddie Fleck 2-1 before Coach took the lead when David Carlisle defeated John Fleck in straight frames.
Back came BUSC to level once again through Ross Hill who defeated Darren Gilmore by a 2-1 scoreline. After this the Coach took control of the final two games which were both won in straight frames through David Gillespie and Jimmy Gillespie who defeated Marc McMullan and Brian Boyd. Hide AdDiamond Dazzlers 4, Diamond Duffers 2: Ruairi O’Connell put the home team into the lead when he beat Liam O’Kane in straight frames and Malcolm Graffin doubled the lead when he defeated Jason Ogilvy by the same margin. In game three Steven Anderson won the first frame but Chris Gordon fought back to win the next two games to win 2-1 and establish a 3-0 lead for the Dazzlers.
Duffers pulled one back through Tom McMaster who beat Brendan O’Mullan by a 2-1 scoreline but Adrian Rourke restored the three game lead for Dazzlers when he beat Kylie Lennox 2-0. In the final game Jarlath Downey pulled another game back for the Duffers when he beat Ian Boal 2-1. POM - Ruairi O’Connell.
