ATHLETICS: Oisin Colhoun secures Primary Schools Cross Country title

City of Derry Spartans and St Patricks PS pupil Oisin Colhoun, added to his growing athletics reputation with another significant win at the weekend.

Oisin Colhoun continued his super form at Stormont at the weekend.

Running in the Primary Schools race at the Civil Service Cross Country meeting in Stormont on Saturday Oisin, the recently crowned NI Primary Schools Cross Country Boys champion once again saw off all the opposition for another impressive win.

He was among a large group of young Spartans who travelled with Coach Bridgeen Byrne and other club mentors on Saturday and they all did the club and their home town proud with their impressive performances.

Meanwhile Sunday March 13th will see the online entry for the 2016 SSE Airtricity Walled City Marathon close down.
