The parade for the County Donegal Orange Lodge is held each year in Rossnowlagh, usually on the Saturday before 12 July.

Marchers were drawn from lodges based in Northern Ireland as well as Donegal, Monaghan and Cavan for the parade which began near St John’s Church.

Among those making the journey with the Woodburn party was the Mayor of Carrickfergus, Alderman Charlie Johnston, who described it as “a very enjoyable day for all”.
