Woman raped in Limavady
A WOMAN in her 20's has been attacked and raped in Limavady.The incident took place shortly after midnight on January 1, in Catherine Street in the town.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that an investigation is underway. The scene around the attack had been cordoned off but has since been reopened.
The PSNI said that a 23-year-old man had been arrested and was questioned about the attack. He was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
