Watkins windingup petition
The taxman is seeking the winding up of Londonderry scaffolding firm Watkins Scaffolding Services Ltd.
Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) presented the petition on March 4. The petition involving the Linsfort Drive registered firm is due to be heard in the Royal Courts of Justice on May 1, 2014.
