Building firmwinding up bid
The taxman is seeking the winding up of Londonderry building firm Premier Developments (NW) Ltd.
Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) presented the petition on March 21.
The petition is due to be heard in the Royal Courts of Justice on May 1.
