Two men charged over death of Tyrone student Enda Dolan in Belfast
Enda Dolan, an 18-year-old from Killyclogher in Co Tyrone, was hit by a van on the Malone Road last year.
The first-year architecture student at Queen’s University had been returning to his accommodation in the early hours of October 15.

Hide AdAt Belfast Magistrates’ Court, David Lee Stewart, 30, faced charges of causing the student’s death by dangerous driving and causing his death by careless driving while unfit.
Stewart, of Grays Park Avenue in the city, is further accused of failing to stop and failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing injury.
His co-defendant William Ross Casement, 20, from Belvoir Drive in Belfast, is charged with assisting an offender and aiding and abetting in failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
Casement is also accused of a separate indecent behaviour incident in the vicinity of Donegall Square East on the same date.

Hide AdBoth men were released on continuing bail to return to court next month.
Mr Dolan’s death occurred just weeks after a crash barrier was removed from the scene of the collision.
New safety measures were later installed by the Department for Regional Development.
