Toucan one saved from sinking
A PLEASURE cruise boat which operates on the River Foyle has been saved from possibly sinking after it began to take water on board.
The Fire and Rescue Service spent around two hours pumping water from the Toucan One's engine room on Sunday.
A spokesperson said that when crews attended the vessel was listing but was not in danger of sinking.
It is believed the damage was caused by ice on the river.
