St Patrick's Day Charity Cycle

STAFF from the Fullerton Arms have come up with a different way of celebrating St Patrick's Day this year - a charity bike ride. The event is being held to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Around 30 staff and friends of the Millside Group, which includes the nearby Causeway Hotel, will take part in the sponsored cycle from Ballymena to Ballintoy. The team are going under the name of 'Blazing Saddles'.

Afterwards there will be a fundraising event in the Fullerton Arms. Events will include a barbeque, games and a raffle. Among the prizes up for grabs is a holiday in Spain.

Colleen Ohlrich, from the Fullerton Arms has said everyone is welcome and hopes the event will raise plenty of money for Macmillan.
