Siun begins legal career with Conor Downey and Co.

Lurgan woman Siun Downey was welcomed by Mr Richard Monteith on behalf of the local solicitors association.

There were also welcomes from Mr Joel Lindsay, on behalf of the Bar, and District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly.

Siun began her education at St Teresa’s Primary School in Lurgan before going on to Our Lady’s Grammar in Newry.

She then studied law at the University of Ulster, Magee, and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University, Belfast.

Siun is currently working as a solicitor in her father’s firm of Conor Dowey and Co specialising in criminal, litigation, family probate and conveyancing.
