Page faces indecent assault charges
A 42 year old man who is facing charges linked to the indecent assault of a six year old girl has been further remanded in custody.
David Page, who had been living at Albert St, Lurgan but is in custody in Maghaberry Prison, appeared via video link at Craigavon Magistrates Court last Friday July 5.
Page, who last address was given as Innis Centre, Ventry Lane, Belfast faces three charges that he intentionally touched sexually a child under 16 years old, that he abducted a child under the age of 16 and that he breached a sexual offences prevention order.
He is due to reappear via videolink at Craigavon Magistrates Court at 9.45am on August 2.
