Mr O’Dowd said: “I know that local community organisations have also raised concerns in relation to the issue, and I think we all have a responsibility, elected representatives, community activists, police, schools and parents, to ensure that young people are properly informed as to the risks they are taking; both to themselves physically and in terms of the law.”
