A sponsored walk in Drum Manor Forest during bad weather conditions in August formed part of the fundraising.
Maud was guest speaker at morning service in Moneymore recently where she reported on her work in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Following the service Maud was presented with a cheque for £10,000 by Jim Atkinson who co-ordinated the fundraising effort.
