Londonderry man nightclub assault charge in Scotland
A Londonderry man has appeared in court in Scotland charged with assault to severe injury and danger of life after an alleged attack outside a nightclub.
A 47-year-old man suffered head injuries in the incident near Mambo’s in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, in the early hours of Sunday.
He is said to be in a serious condition at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Hide AdJohn Patrick Nixon, 29, was charged when he appeared at Peterhead Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
His next court appearance is expected to be August 5.
