London peace group visits Greenisland Football Club
Greenisland Football Club has played host to Salaam Peace group from the East End of London.
The trip was organised by former Greenisland FC player Jonathan Montgomery, who now works in London with inner city groups.
The Mayor of Mid and East Antrim Council, Councillor Billy Ashe, extended a welcome to the visitors.
Mr Ashe commented on the importance of diversity in modern society and highlighted the great mechanism sport offers to present the hand of friendship.
