Dynamic Brass was the vision of Harold Whan and Patricia Evans, who both shared a passion of brass band music from a very early age.

They both came up with the concept of forming their own band to bring people together of all ages to establish develop educate and promote the concept of brass music for the benefit of the local community and beyond.
