Hoodie torched car on New Year's Day

AN arsonist wearing a "hoodie" torched a car in the Bishop Street area of Londonderry in the early hours of New Year's Day.

Police are appealing for information after the car was set on fire in the Bishop Street area at around 4.45am on January 1.

The male culprit was wearing a green hooded top and jeans and may have been carrying a small green petrol can.
