Dallat welcomes renal development at Causeway
A DECISION by the Northern Health Trust to develop new renal facilities at the Causeway Hospital Coleraine has been welcomed by the East Derry SDLP Assembly Member John Dallat.
“This development which has been approved by the board will mean an end to the long journeys to other hospitals to avail of this service. “The unit will provide for 11 to 15 patients and will be fully functional within 18 months.
“The unit will be funded from the Trust’s own finances and does not involve financing from the private sector.”
