Spice and cocaine among £75k of drugs found during searches in NI town

It is the latest in a blitz of drug searches across Upper Bann by the PSNI.
Police said the highly addictive drugs were found in multiple searches close to a local primary and secondary school in Lurgan.

Hide AdA spokesperson for Lurgan Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “A very busy and very successful days work in Lurgan today!
“Three linked house searches where a substantial amount of illegal drugs were seized, estimated to be in the region of £75000.
“A stop was also put to the preparation of a cannabis factory.
“Drugs seized including cocaine and spice within the vicinity of local primary and secondary schools.

“These drugs were destined for the streets of Lurgan where your families and children would be the target,” said the Lurgan Neighbourhood Policing Team .
