Jail term suspended for driving offences

A 24-year-old Lurgan man was given a three month suspended sentence at Craigavon court for driving offences.

Darren Patrick Gallagher from Parkmore, Knockmenagh, Craigavon pleaded guilty to having no driving licence and driving without insurance on June 27 this year.

He was fined £150 and disqualified from driving for six months.

His partner Rosemary Bracken of the same address was fined £150 fine and given six penalty points. She pleaded guilty to permitting her partner to drive the car with no licence.
