Cityside man faces drugs charges
A Cityside man has appeared in court in Londonderry, charged with drug related offences.
He is 23-year-old Cavan White, with an address at Rossnagalliagh, who elected to stand trial on charges of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, being concerned in an offer to supply and simple possession of the class B drug.
The court was told that all of the offences were alleged to have been committed on June 27, last year.
White was returned for trial to Londonderry Crown Court on a date to be fixed.
White will appear in court again on February 23.
