Car seized in Larne after offences detected

A car was seized in Larne this morning (Thursday) after numerous motoring offences were detected by police officers.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Officers from Larne Neighbourhood Team were speaking to the driver of this car this morning (May 18) after observing the front windows had been modified with dark tints, and incorrect form of registration mark; but then checks showed there was also no valid insurance in place for the vehicle.

“The car has been seized and the driver will be reported for a number of motoring offences.”
