Banned from driving for insurance offence
A Lurgan man was banned from driving for six months last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Thirty two year old Jonathan Turner, of Shaerf Drive, Lurgan, was also fined £75 for not having insurance on June 5.
As well, he was fined £25 and banned for three months for not having a licence and £25 for not having a vehicle test certificate.
The court heard he was stopped while riding a motorcycle at Pollock Drive.
Mr Richard Monteith, representing the defendant, said Turner had just bought the bike and took a chance on the day.
