Assailants with metal bars attack Millbrook man
Detectives in Larne are appealing for information following a serious assault in the Millbrook area on Saturday, June 29.
Shortly before 10.30pm, two unknown males carrying metal bars entered a property in the area and assaulted a 20-year-old man. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment for head injuries, a suspected broken arm and a suspected broken leg. A female who was also in the property was not injured during the incident.
Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the assault or who was in the Millbrook area around the time of the incident to contact them at Larne CID on 0845 600 8000.
