Controlled explosion carried out on suspect device in Craigavon
Police carried out a controlled explosion on a suspect device in Craigavon last night.
There was a large police presence with helicopter support during the operation in the Tullygally area.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police in Craigavon received a report of a suspicious object at Tullygally Road, Craigavon around 7pm on Thursday, 22 October.
“Army Technical Officers attended and carried out a controlled explosion.
“The object was declared a hoax.”
