Caught out on food delivery

A solicitor representing Byrne said would deliver food on an occasional basis, maybe fortnightly or once a month.
He added that on this occasion he was covering for his cousin and wasn’t aware he had to have business insurance.
He was trying to make extra money for his two children.
The solicitor said that five days later Byrne rectified the situation with the insurance.
