Stephen Mulholland (28), Victoria Street, was fined £300. He was also fined £100 for not having a driving licence.

The court heard he was seen driving in William Street and police checked who the registered owner of the car was. He said he had a licence and insurance but when police said they would check he said: “No I don’t.” Defence said initially Mulholland tried to hoodwink them but then came clean.
