Ballinderry man faces sex charges
The trial of a 66-year-old Ballinderry man, charged with a number of historical sexual offences against two males, is to start on March 9 at the Crown Court sitting in Craigavon Courthouse.
Winston Smyth of Moira Road, Upper Ballinderry, appeared in court for an arraignment on Tuesday.
He faces up to 13 indecent assault charges towards a male and three charges of gross indecency with or towards a child between the dates of June 1, 1973 and December 31, 1981.
The charges range from the Offences Against the Person Act to the Children and the Young Persons Act.
