Bailed on series of charges

They were Jonathan Barton (18), Hill Street, Lurgan, and Caolan Shannon (21), Sloan Street, Lurgan.

Barton is charged with attempting to damage or destroy a car at Mark Street, Lurgan, on March 17 this year and disorderly behaviour.

Shannon is accused of entering a house in Mark Street on March 17 with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on a male, making a threat to a female to damage her home, assaulting a female, disorderly behaviour and two threats to kill.

Barton was remanded on his own bail of £200 with the conditions that he resides at his home in Hill Street, does not enter Mark Street, has no contact with the injured parties and is not to be under the influence of alcohol.

Shannon was granted bail of £500 to reside at Sloan Street, not to be under the influence of alcohol and not to enter Mark Street.
