Tenth birthday celebrations at Aura

To recognise this milestone proprietress Johanne Halliday and her team will be hosting a “beauty filled birthday bash” from November 6-10 at the salon offering their clients significant savings as a gesture of thanks to their loyal customer base.

Johanne would like to thank every customer, new or old who have crossed their doors over the past decade. “Our customers are the reason I truly love my job and come in smiling every day,” she says.

“We have a large number who have been coming to us since day one and to say that makes the entire Aura team very proud.

“They aren’t just clients, they’re friends now.”

Johanne also recognises the hard work and high standards upheld by every single member of her team, all of which, evidently enjoy their job as much as she does.

“We are extremely close and work exceptionally well as a team. We are highly professional yet manage to have a lot of fun.

“I would like to personally thank Ciara, Erin, Joanne and Hannah for all of their hard work, dedication and loyalty since they began working with me.”

Aura believes that it has retained such a loyal customer base because of its high level of customer service, wide range of products as well as exceptional product knowledge.

“I ensure that myself and all of the team ask all the necessary questions and more to find out about each and every client’s needs, therefore giving them treatments and products which are specifically designed to give them optimum results,” explains Johanne.
