Nurses from Italy join staff at Antrim Area Hospital
The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is delighted to welcome the first cohort of nurses joining the Trust as part of an overseas recruitment drive. Six nurses joined the Trust in following a recruitment drive in Italy.
The nurses are supporting the delivery of services in Antrim Area Hospital wards A1, B5, C4, C5 and in theatres; bringing with them invaluable experience and vital skills.
Director of Nursing, Eileen McEneaney, warmly welcomed the six nurses to the Northern Trust, saying “they are joining an excellent nursing team who will support them to contribute to deliver the high standard of care which we all want to provide for our patients in the Northern Trust.”
