Pupils learn the skills to success at Young Enterprise event

YOUNG Enterprise Northern Ireland recently helped students from Newbridge Integrated College to gain work-readiness skills and essential employability expertise through the delivery of the hands-on educational programme, Success Skills.

Supported by the Department of Education, Success Skills helps students learn how to find, get and keep a job, and guides them to develop personal strategies to achieve lifelong learning and career success.

The programme equips students with the skills to negotiate their way around the job market and the contemporary world of work, and is highly relevant to the challenges businesses face today around the development of human capital. Success Skills helps young people succeed in the new global economy and a fast-changing workforce driven by knowledge, information and innovation.
