WOW! Women of worth at Ballymoney Church of God

Ballymoney Church of God has planned another very special event to strengthen and empower local women.

The W.O.W! experience begins on Saturday 13th September at 7.30pm with an evening just for women.

The theme is “Let Your Light Shine!”.

Special guest speaker is Alison Stewart from England. Ten years ago Alison was in the gutter of life, trapped in heroin addiction. She went to Teen Challenge for help, where she heard the ‘good news’ of The Gospel and put her faith in Jesus to heal her. She was miraculously cured.

Today she is on fire for God and happily married, having gone through University to train as an English Teacher. Alison has a passion for people of other nations as well as addicts. She feels the call in her heart to evangelise her own Community and firmly believes that God wants to use her to teach and reach the children for Jesus.

Women of Worth is for women of all ages, social backgrounds, ‘churched’ and ‘un-churched’.

Over the past few years Women of Worth has proved to be very popular, attracting hundreds of ladies from right across our community. It’s a great way to enjoy good fellowship, take part in wonderful praise and worship, meet new friends, be empowered and challenged by God’s Word.

A tasty light supper will also be provided and what’s more, everything is free of charge.

This weekend continues on Sunday at 11.30am and 6.30pm with Alison sharing her life story with the whole congregation. .
