The polished sound transfers flawlessly from CD to the stage.

The words reflect Duncan’s passionate love for poetry, offering the obvious love story to the subtle metaphor, allowing you to paint a picture in whatever colours you choose.

Duncan, who has shared the stage with acts such as Supergrass, Pigeon Detectives, General Fiasco and Fighting With Wire, draws on all these achievements and combines with the rest of the ‘Duty Paid Society’ to deliver a memorable experience.

The Duty Paid Society is made up of Duncan Campbell (Vocals/Guitar), Christine Bracewell (Vocals), Andrew Dougherty (Keys), Adam Booth (Bass) and Thomas Camblin (Drums).

The first single ‘Chance in a Lifetime’ is a huge sounding unadulterated pop song which had already been likened to ‘Take That’ when it caught the attention of the ATL team on BBC Radio Ulster.

Duncan Campbell and the Duty Paid Society will be supported on the night by a host of bands, including Indigo Fury, Shauna Tohill from Silhouette, Josh Burnside & Band and Heyday playing an acoustic set.

Doors open at 8.30pm and admission is £4.50.

‘Chance in a Lifetime’ will be available to download from iTunes and limited edition CDs will be available at the launch.
