Ballymoney Show committee all go go go!

IT may be that last year's Ballymoney show in June is not too distant a memory for most of you – however the committee of Ballymoney Show have already got their thinking caps on for the programme of events being planned for the 2011 Show.

They plan to kick off some fundraising events over the coming months to help boost funds to enable some special attractions on show day and to help maintain and modernise the show systems.

The first event they have planned is a Three Act Play being performed on Wednesday 20th October at Roseyards Presbyterian Church Hall at 8pm.

The play is entitled ‘Anyone could Rob a Bank’ and is written by Irish playwright Tom Coffey, and will be performed by ‘The Country Players’.

The play is a comedy set around three central characters who will provide many a laugh for the audience at their antics on the stage – certainly a good night out as the cold evenings set in.

So why not plan to attend – tickets can be obtained from Stephen Morrison on 07703 032518, or any member of show or local YFC committees. Tickets will also be available at the door on the evening. Everyone welcome, we look forward to seeing you there.
