Alastair Seeley got his first chance to try out the Tyco BMW for size when the bike was launched in its new colours at the London Bike Show.
The Carrick rider is hoping the machine will carry him to the British Superstock 1000cc title and even more wins at the NW200 in 2015.
The ‘Wee Wizard’ was delighted with his first view of the new bike, saying: “It’s very nice. Again, Phillip (Neill), my Tyco team boss, never leaves anything to chance and always gets it right with the paint scheme.
“Having never ridden the bike, I can’t wait until we go testing in Spain, then home for the Donington test before the opening round of the series at Donington.
“On paper, the bike looks terrific but we will have to get the electronics dialed in at the tests and then we are ready to go.”
