Newly-promoted Carrick Rangers have been handed a tough start to their Danske Bank Premiership campaign with a trip to Dungannon Swifts on August 8.
The Taylor’s Avenue men will then host back-to-back home league fixtures against Linfield and Glentoran before a trip to Cliftonville. Then it’s off to Warden Street to take on Glenn Ferguson’s Ballymena United at the end of August.
The club say work is continuing in a bid to host Premiership games at Taylor’s Avenue next season.
The Gers, who won the Championship 1 title at the end of April, require a revised safety certificate to be able to welcome the likes of the Blues and the Glens to their own patch next season.
The top-flight fixtures were released by the Northern Ireland Football League on Friday morning.
