Vehicles seized during operation
Police worked with DVA officers to remove a number of vehicles in Carrickfergus this morning.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Officers from your Neighbourhood Team have been working with our partners in the DVA to remove a number of vehicles from residential areas in Carrickfergus.
“You must ensure any vehicle parked on a public road is taxed and insured with a valid MOT certificate where appropriate.
“Quite often vehicles like these are used as run arounds for people committing crime and they are far from roadworthy.”
