Woodlawn Primary School choir made a successful return to Carrickfergus Music Festival this year.
The adjudicator complimented the pupils on singing with a sense of fun and gaining the audience’s attention from the very first word.
The choir, together with children playing cellos and clarinets, were awarded three third places.
Conductor Miss McGlade said she was very pleased to see the choir back at the festival and was delighted with their performance.
The children, a statement from the school added, are looking forward to a trip to see the Ulster Orchestra perform as a reward for their endeavours.
