Over 1,300 without power in Carrick

Over 1,300 customers are currently without electricity due to a power cut in Carrickfergus today (Monday).

A repair team has been tasked to a fault in the Milebush area, where 1,361 are currently without electricity.

A Northern Ireland Electricity Networks spokesperson said the fault, which was reported at 9.17am, has been caused by “third party damage to the network.”

The estimated restoration time for the incident is 12.30pm today (September 27).
