A Carrickfergus man has been congratulated on becoming a newly qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul Olding received his diploma at a ceremony in the Ulster Museum in Belfast.

Fiona Grant, chair of RICS UK & Ireland, praised Paul for achieving RICS membership.

RICS, which has 118,000 members around the world, “regulates and promotes the profession, maintains the highest educational and professional standards, protects clients and consumers via a strict code of ethics and provides impartial advice, analysis and guidance”.
