Two Carrick schools to sing out on radio contest
Woodlawn Primary and Carrickfergus Grammar are taking part in the prestigious contest.
The choir from Woodlawn Primary will be heard on the BBC Radio Ulster show which will be broadcast on Sunday February 17, at 2.00 pm.

Hide AdThe school is one of six participating in the junior category.
Carrickfergus Grammar will be one of five schools competing in the senior category. This show will be aired next Sunday February 24, at 5.00 pm.
The finalists will be singing live from the Ulster Hall, Belfast, on Sunday April 7, which will be recorded for the first time for BBC NI Television.

And we are delighted to have even more schools participate this year in the BBC Northern Ireland School Choir Of The Year which should make for a thrilling final.”
The winning choirs will feature in BBC programming and events during this year.
