Les McCracken, managing director of McCue Crafted Fit, explains: “For us, achieving Gold Standard is truly an accomplishment. We feel it reflects our company’s culture and ethos as we constantly strive for perfection, pushing ourselves to the highest of standards, ensuring our customers are offered the very best.”

One such Gold Standard project was at the flagship Lush store on Oxford Street, London. The fit out won McCue both The ISG UK Retail Interior of the Year and Non-Food Design of the Year at the ISG UK Retail Week Interiors Awards 2015. More recently, McCue added a ‘scented cinema’ in the store, offering a new sensory experience for cinema goers.

“The Deloitte Best Managed programme highlights Irish international corporate success, which is something that all entrants aspire to emulate and with only 20 winners picked each year, competition for Best Managed recognition is fierce as the awards serve companies across Ireland.

“The Best Managed programme has been an excellent tool for our business and has guided us in various ways. It has helped us focus on our core vision, increase stakeholder value and to strive for excellence in all aspects of the business,” continued Les.
