Residents of the town can now order food from a range of restaurants and grocery retailers in the local area via the Deliveroo app and website.

The London-headquartered delivery service, which works with both independents and well-known high street favourites, says it will continue to add new restaurants, takeaways and convenience stores to the platform over the coming months.

The launch, stated the company, will be a major boost to small restaurants across Carrickfergus who will be able to reach new customers and grow their businesses through offering delivery.

In celebration of the launch in Carrickfergus, Deliveroo is offering new customers £10 off their first order when they sign up to the platform and use the code GETFOOD10 at checkout.
