WHITEHEAD hosts an action packed day for all the family this weekend.
The annual raft race day, one of the highlights of the town's summer festival, takes place on Saturday.
Proceedings kick off at 2.30pm with sea swimming races, followed by the raft races themselves.
After the competitive events, the RNLI's inshore rescue crew will give a demonstration, subject to availability.
On dry land, spectators will also enjoy a barbecue, music, bar and ballots, with further entertainment in the White Cliff Inn from 8.00pm, including an appearance by local band Jinx.
Organiser Paul Abraham commented: "This is one of Whitehead`s most popular annual events and attracts big crowds from all around.
"There is something here for all ages and even if you don't participate directly it is hugely entertaining and a real fun day out."
Raft race day is hoted by County Antrim Yacht Club and sponsored by NK Fencing.
Fundraising for RNLI will take place on the day.
