Regarding the text message sent in last week asking when is someone going to do something about shopkeepers using up valuable footpath. Take a look around the town there hardly is any retailers left and speaking as someone who works in the town we use our signs or flyers to promote our business and keep local people in the town, which to be honest the council are useless at. What you suppose retailers do? Not advertise and see yet another shop in the town close I think we have our fair share of
I would just like to ask Sinn Fein why they are being hypocrites because it wasn't that long ago they were sending young people out to do their dirty work rioting and now when young people do riot with police they are giving names to the RUC/PSNI , s
hame on you Sinn Fein.

The British prime minister said now is the time to fly your flag and be proud and whether you like it or not Northern Ireland is British, and always will be! From proud to be British Kazza in wee spot in Ulster! And Mourneview bonfire was a big success so stop complaining!

When will people get it right? It's a Union Jack if it's on a boat and a Union Flag on land.

Just what Lurgan needs another pound shop.

TUV will ensure real unionism will be a creditable force to be reckoned with and working with only democrats.

Shame on Dolores Kelly, she is so bitter. Why doesn't she go and live down south if she is so anti British.

In reply to Unionist First, the TUV are trying to rebuild unionism to restore credibility and real democracy to this part of the UK. It's a long process and mistakes may be made along way. What I can say is Jim Allister is a man of principle and we in the TUV will challenge unrepentant terrorists masquerading as democrats. Jon, Traditional Unionist, Waringstown.

Could I just state that there were paramilitary flags on the Steps Road and the Moira Road until August 5 when they were removed so I think the MLAs should get their facts right before making accusations
